- What's the policy for broken products?
If the product is broken to a manufacture error the customer has 6 months warranty. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- What's the policy for products which are not broken but the customer wants to return because they changed their mind?
45 days after receiving your item. You have 45 days after receiving the item to request a return.
If you wish to return an product, please send an email to email@example.com. We will provide you with the return address. As soon as we receive the item we will either issue a refund or exchange the product for another one.
- Who pays the shipping cost on returns?
If it is a return or exchange the customer will pay for the shipment back.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
